How does it work?

- You manage the resource directly and we provide project assurance on top. If you prefer, we can manage the work for you instead.
What does “fully vetted” mean?
Before anyone starts, we verify their qualifications and certifications and check their employment history and references.
Who manages the resource day to day?
With Integrated Resources, you do: the resource joins your team and takes direction from you, and we stay accountable for quality through project assurance. With Managed Solutions, we manage the resource and the work against agreed service levels.
What does project assurance include?
Regular check-ins with you, performance and quality reviews, a named Brookes contact for any issues, and cover arrangements for holidays and absence.
How do you protect our data?
Your data never leaves your systems. Resources work only inside your environment using access you set up and control, and you can remove that access at any time.

How much can we save?

Once the scope is agreed, we match a vetted resource to your requirements. Most resources start within a few weeks.
Can we have someone full-time, part-time or as needed?
Yes. Our flexible resource model lets you take a resource full-time, part-time or as needed, with hours agreed during scoping.
Can we start small?
Yes. You can start with a part-time or shared resource and scale up as the work grows.
What if the resource isn’t the right fit?
Tell us and we will work with you to fix it, including replacing the resource if needed.
Do you use AI?
Only where it helps and where you agree. We always work inside your systems, so we agree with you how AI could be added to the tools you already use. Your data never leaves your environment. A person is always accountable for the work.
